The Loop Tablet.
Erected: 1896.
Location: Located at loop on Sickles Avenue, on the west side between Detrobriand Avenue and Wheatfield Road.
Description: One of thirty-five site tablets. Cast iron site tablet was designed by E.B. Cope. Mounted on fluted post, overall height is three feet. The portion of US battle line which doubled back on itself as a result of CS attacks on the Wheatfield on the afternoon of July 2, 1863.
